Before you get started:
- Follow the instructions in this article Adding a new producer using the contact record or Adding a new producer using the user record depending on how your org is set up.
- Once your agent is onboarded and the NPN is synced, your agent or you can set up your agent for surplus licenses through their Producer Detail record by selecting “Surplus” and/or "Adjuster" under the agent type.
AgentSync Warning: Because Producers, Adjusters, and Surplus licenses all require a different set of background questions, this field determines which questions your agent will be prompted to submit.
If this field is the incorrect or incomplete “Agent Type,” ask your agent to resubmit their questions to ensure that the correct ones will be submitted when transacting.
