Summary

Release 49 brings comprehensive support for travel insurance licensing and appointments to AgentSync Manage. Agencies and carriers can now efficiently manage producer credentials for travel insurance products, regardless of whether a state treats travel as a separate license class or as a Line of Authority (LOA) on existing licenses.

We've restructured the agent type management system to establish a 1:1 relationship between Agent Types and License Classes. This change aligns AgentSync more closely with industry standards, making licensing requirements clearer and reducing confusion.

Additionally, we've made several user interface enhancements and updated the CSV Import Tool to support the new agent type configurations.

(note: AgentSync customers who do their own installs, see this section first before proceeding.)
