Understanding Affiliations:

AgentSync Contracting provides a feature that enables agency admins to create affiliations within their organization. Affiliations serve as internal groupings for producers, allowing agency admins to organize & manage producers more effectively. In this article, we will guide you through the process of creating affiliations, facilitating seamless producer grouping & enhancing your organizations efficiency.

Creating an Affiliation from an Organization: 

To create an affiliation within AgentSync Contracting, follow these simple steps:

1. Locate the 'organization' tab within the platform.
2. Select the 'affiliations' option from the available tabs
3. Click on the 'create affiliation' button to initiate the affiliation creation process.
   
   
4. Provide a name for the affiliation that clearly represents the group or category of producers it will encompass.
5. Save the affiliation once the name has been specified.
   
   

Linking Producers to Affiliations:

After creating affiliations, agency admins can link producers to these pre-established affiliations during the producer creation process. By pulling the pre-created affiliations, agency admins can efficiently assign agents to the appropriate groups or categories, facilitating easier management and organization of agents within the agency.

1. Navigate to the 'Producers' tab within the platform.

2. Locate and click into the producer profile you wish to affiliate.

   

3. On the right side of the screen, you will find two dropdown options. Select the 'Affiliation' dropdown.

   

4. Choose the appropriate affiliation from the dropdown & assign it to the producer.
