Email Reminders for Producers
In this article, we will cover how email reminders for Producers work.
The email reminder will arrive in Producers email inboxes at roughly 8:05 AM MST. The screenshot below is what the Producer will receive. The producer will only receive one email for all outstanding contracts.
A Producer will receive a reminder email if they fit the following criteria:
- The Producer has an active AgentSync Contracting account
- The Producer has one or more contracts in a "Pending Producer" status
FAQs
If a Producer has not filled out a contract in months and no longer wants to receive these emails, how do I fix this?
As an agency admin, log into Contracting. Navigate to the Producer tab and search for the Producer that needs the contracts status updated.
Once you select the Producer, you will be taken to the Producer details page. Once there, navigate to the "Contracts" tab,
Once you land on the Contracts tab, you will see a list of all contracts that have been assigned to that Producer and the correlated statuses. Select "Details" on the Contract(s) that need the status to be updated.
Once the Details panel appears, the dropdown has a list of all statuses. We recommend changing the status to either "Expired" or "Withdrawn". The reminder email is only sent when the Producers contract is set to the "Pending Producer".
Please note: If a contract is moved from "Pending Producer" to "Pending Agency" the contract cannot be moved back into the "Pending Producer" state and the contract will need to be re-assigned.
