Exploring the Organization Tab

The organization tab in AgentSync Contracting streamlines operations & contracting processes for agency admins. It offers comprehensive features to view and edit organization details, manage products, contracts, templates, affiliations, and forms, allowing managers to maintain accurate information, customize offerings, create templates, organize affiliations, and access resources easily.

1. Details

Agency admins can easily view and edit agency-specific details in the Details section of the organization tab. This includes key information such as the agency's address, state availability, and other important particulars. Updating this information ensures that agency admins maintain accurate and current information associated with their organization.

2. Contracting

In the Contracting section, agency admins can manage email addresses and E&O coverage to ensure smooth communication and contracting processes.

3. Products

In the Products section, agency admins control agency product offerings and can create and modify details, including commission levels. 

4. Templates

Templates allow agency admins  to create and customize contract bundles for easy product assignment to producers across carriers. Multiple templates can be created for different enrollment classes, streamlining contracting procedures and ensuring consistency. 

5. Affiliations

The Affiliations feature allows agency admins to create internal agent groups, streamlining agent categorization and management within the organization.

6. Forms 

Within the Forms section, agency admins can effortlessly access agency-specific and carrier forms, making form management and documentation processes more efficient and streamlined.
