Navigating your Dashboard

This article will walk you through the features and functionalities of each sub-tab, empowering you to efficiently manage your organization's contracting activities.

Dashboard Tab


The Dashboard tab serves as the primary destination for agency admins when they log in to AgentSync Contracting. It offers a comprehensive overview of outstanding tasks that require immediate attention. The Dashboard tab comprises three critical sub-tabs, including Your tasks, Unassigned tasks, and Pending contracts.

  • The Review contracts in progress sub-tab is a helpful tool that displays all task that are assigned to you as an agency admin, or are unassigned. This feature allows you to efficiently manage your responsibilities and stay on top of important tasks. In addition, this tabs allows you to filter by status, by task assignee and allows you to search for an individual producer

  • The Start new contracts for Producers sub-tab displays allows the agency admin to create a new contracting workflow by selecting contract assignments for a specific producer. The agency admin can then start the workflow on behalf of the producer once selected.

  • The Contracts pending with Carriers sub-task displays all reviewed contracts that have been send to the carrier. In order to update the status of a Producers contract, please go to the Producer details page to update the writing number and status.

Make sure to check your tasks regularly, assign pending tasks to the appropriate team members, and follow up on pending contracts diligently.
