Accessing & Viewing your Organizations

This article will guide you through the process of accessing and viewing organizations you are associated with.

As a producer using AgentSync Contracting, you can effortlessly access and manage the organization's you are associated with. By following the steps outlined in this article, you can easily view your associated organizations and access the necessary information to complete required tasks and review existing carrier contracts for each agency. This simplified process ensures that you stay organized and effectively manage your contracting activities within AgentSync Contracting.

Accessing Your Associated Organizations:

  1. Locate and click on your name in the left sidebar of the dashboard.
  2. If the drop down shows "Contracting Dashboard", click Contracting Dashboard. If the drop down shows "Go to Profile", continue to step 3. 

                                 
  3. Scroll down to the "My Organizations" section within your profile.
  4. In this section, you will find a list of organizations that you are associated with. Please note that these organizations must be AgentSync Contracting customers.
  5. The associated organizations will be displayed below your name and NIPR verification badge in the left sidebar, providing a convenient overview of your relationships.

Viewing Organization Details:

  1. From the list of "My Organizations," choose the specific organization you want to explore.
  2. Once you click into the organization, you will gain access to a comprehensive view of the necessary actions. This section will provide an overview of the tasks that need to be completed for the organization's contracts.
  3. Within the organization view, you will also find the current carrier contracts associated with the organization. These contracts will be conveniently categorized by each agency you are affiliated with, giving you a clear breakdown of your contractual agreements.
