Sending Self-Registration Links to Producers

A step-by-step guide on how to send your producers a self-registration link and what they need to do next.

How the Agency Admin will Initiate the Self-Registration Process

To send a self-registration link to a producer, you can do so by sending a link to a Contract Template, which will allow the producer to set up a Producer Profile and fill out the contracts details from the template you are sending. 

  1. Click on the Organization tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
  2. In the Templates section, locate the template that you want to send to the producer.
  3. Hover over the Actions button to the right of the template name.
  4. Click on the Down arrow that appears.
  5. Click on Copy Link.
  6. Paste the link in an email or other message and send it to the producer

1. To send a Producer a self-registration link, you'll need to click on Organization.

2. Your Organization Details will populate. From the tabs, select Templates.

3. Your contract templates will populate, find the contract template you are looking for.

4. On the right-side of the template, next to Actions, click the down arrow.

5. Click Copy Link and you now have the URL to send to a producer.

How the Producer will Complete the Self-Registration Process

    1. Click on the link that was sent to you.
    2. Fill out the following information:
      • Email address
      • Last name
      • First name
      • Check the box to agree to AgentSync's Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
    3. Click SIGN UP.
    4. Verify your email address by clicking SET UP. You will receive an email with a verification code.
    5. Click SET UP under Password.
    6. Enter a new password twice and click NEXT.
    7. Enter your phone number and click RECEIVE A CODE VIA SMS.
    8. Enter the code that was sent to your phone.
    9. Click VERIFY.
    10. You will be taken to your new producer profile.
    11. Enter your NPN and SSN.
    12. Fill out the template that was sent to you by your agency admin.

    1. Once the producer has received the link, they'll click on the link which will take them to a login page. At the bottom, the'll click Sign up next to "Don't have an account?"

    2. The producer will fill out the following information:
    1. Email
    2. Last name
    3. First name

    3. Then check the box to agree to AgentSync's Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

    5. Set up is now required, first they'll want to verify their email address by clicking SET UP. The producer will then receive an email to the address previously entered to Verify. There is also a code in the email if they'd rather use the code.

    6. Next, the producer will click SET UP under Password.

    7. The Producer will enter a new password twice and click NEXT

    8. Now, a phone number will required for a verification code to be sent to the producer. The producer will click SET UP

    9. Enter their phone number

    10. Click RECEIVE A CODE VIA SMS

    11. Enter the code sent to their phone.

    12. Click VERIFY. Now the producer will be taken to their new producer profile and ask a few questions, including their NPN and SSN before filling out the template sent by your Organization.
