As an agency admin within AgentSync Contracting, you are able to track portal contract assignments that have been assigned to producers and update the status of these contracts as needed.
Accessing and Reviewing Tasks
1. Navigate to the Dashboard tab located on the left side of AgentSync Contracting.
2. In the dashboard, you will find a list of pending portal assignments in the Review contracts in progress tab.
3. The portal submissions are indicated by this icon 
and will either be in a Pending with Producer or Ready for Review status.
- Pending Producer: This status indicates that the Producer has received the portal contract assignment on their dashboard and the relevant instructions, referral codes, producer specific notes and carrier portal url, if applicable. At this point the Producer may or may not have navigated outside of the app to complete their portal submission.
- Ready for Review: This status indicates that the Producer not only received the portal contract assignment but has marked as complete on their end and the assignment is no longer on their dashboard. The completion of the portal submission may or may not need to be verified with the Producer to ensure accuracy.
3. At any point after assigning a portal contract, you as the agency admin can click Update on the far right side of the assignment row to update the Status, Writing Number and Effective Date. 
Note: If a status is updated it may fall off your dashboard. If status is changed to Pending With Carrier, you can find this in the Pending with Carrier tab, if changed to Approved, you can find in the Producer's contract details.
