# Viewing Current/Past Contract Details

## In this article, we provide an overview of the "Current and past contracts" tab on your Contracting Dashboard.

Once you have completed and submitted your contracts, they will then move to the "Current and past contracts" tab. Contracts in this tab do not require any action from you as the producer, but it is important to keep an eye on the status to ensure they are moving along in the process as expected. This centralized access to contract details is a significant competitive advantage as it eliminates the need for constant follow-ups and searching for contract statuses.

Let's take a look at the information that you can find when on this tab (be sure you confirm the organization first!):

1. **Carrier:** displays the name of the carrier the contract is with. 
2. **Product:** displays the name of the product listed on the contract.
3. **Upline:** displays your upline's name for that particular contract. 
4. **Status:** displays the status of the contract. The most common statuses that will appear here include (but are not limited to):  
     1. Pending with Agency
     2. Pending with Carrier
     3. Approved
     4. Withdrawn
     5. Denied

 

To see even more details for each contract, click the blue **Details** button on the contract line. There you can find information like writing number (once it is assigned), carrier name, effective date, commission level, and more.
