Why Does my Producer Have Two Licenses with the Same State/Lines of Authority

Do you have a producer that has two licenses that look almost identical? Maybe the only difference is the license number or the expiration date.

This issue commonly occurs when a state updates their licensing system (like Kansas).  Usually, this transition requires the state to issue a new license for the producer (see below for an example).
