Do you need to correct an NPN on a Contact, Account or User record that also has an Individual Producer Assignment? Follow these steps to ensure the Scorecard stays active!
If you ever notice that an NPN on a Contact, Account or User record is not correct, it is very simple to fix! The steps are slightly different depending on if the producer has a Producer Assignment and Scorecard or not.
Why does it matter if there is a Producer Assignment and Scorecard?
The Producer Assignment uses the producer's NPN to link the Scorecard to their record. If the NPN on the Producer Assignment doesn't match the NPN on the record, it will cause the Scorecard to become inactive.
